The topic of the piece is the lie that minorities are vaccine hesitant. What she is saying is to remove the data from the whites to be able to get to the data that relates race to vaccination rates. No one asks you what your race is when they vaccinate you, and so the data simply says number of vaccinations by geographic area.
She is saying that each hospital deals with the reality of their area. She comes from a hospital that serves mostly minorities and can see by the disproportionate number of white covid patients that there is no vaccine hesitancy in minorities as touted in the press.
The thing about uncovering the really juvenile trick of taking things out of context is that it is not just what is taken out of context in the clip but the absence of the context they want to invent anywhere in the clip. At no point in this conversation are they talking about killing off white people. You’d have to be a complete moron, like this guy
