People always forget Doctors aren't scientists. They aren't anywhere close. Some, the tiny minority, are but most aren't. If you are lucky you get a doctor that keeps up these journals that talk about research into current best treatments options, but most just sit around and jerk off doing shit they have done for 30 years not changing.

Smart people don't even need doctors to make decisions for them anymore, we're more motivated than they are most of the time to make decisions that benefit us, normally they would count on being honest to retain clients long term which is more financially beneficial than trying to trick to get an uneeded procedure for short term gain, but most of their patients are fucking retarded and just do whatever they're told so they get away with anything
