A circle is a circle. The polygon you describe is the closest thing we could get to a circle in the physical universe.

For you second question, No, a circle I’m with diameter Planck length is a circle with diameter Planck length it’s not going to become a square I don’t see how you would think it would.

Reduced Planck's constant divides by 2pi. That's what you want. The constant is about how much heat something has to absorb before external properties, like temperature or charge or emitted light frequency change. It has little to do with space dimensions.

because no distance smaller than a Plank length can be defined, so if you had a circle and kept shrinking it until its diameter was one Plank length, the edges of the circle would also have to be one Plank length long, making it a square.

Says who? No size below can be measured physically but what you're asking is a geometry question not physics.

No there is not, because a shape is not a physical object. It can be whatever size you want it to be

The Planck length the maximum precision with which you can measure a position, not the resolution of space... Circles are abstract mathematical objects.

Planck scale is just the current limit of the current model of physics, not necessarily a real constraint.

These are not true, or at least not verified. There is some reason to believe that this is the case, but it's far from proven. In any case, the Planck length isn't known to be the resolution of the universe in any meaningful sense.

Nobody is claiming this, but as far as we know about physics, there is no reason to suggest we would be able to measure distances any shorter than it. It probably cannot and will not ever be tested/proven but again, based on current understanding of physics, it being the shortest measurable distance might as well be true. This isn't to say that the universe cannot operate on smaller scales.
