hello fellas I have been looking for a method to transform infrared radiation and convert it into a wave with less frequency either microwave or radio (mainly radio).
I thought about using infrared diffraction through some material or compound, but I don't know what something like what zinc oxide does with ultraviolet light, but in this case the idea is not to absorb it but to dissipate it as radio.
