If people on different planets simultaneously make up the same story then it's like it's omnipresent; if they do it across centuries then it's like it's timeless. If two people love each other it doesn't matter how far apart they are as long as they both experience the idea of that love, which is omnipresent and eternal. You could say that ideas exist in some kind of separate universe like Platonic forms. But that's for /x/.
