If pic related turns out to be effective, could we finally beat the pandemic using a combination of contact tracing+vaccine mandates+passports+masking? If we work together on a federal level, and we have high enough compliance rates, and we start using all of the technological tools available to us for contact tracing and vaccination verification, then I think that would give us a huge advantage, compared to what we've been dealing with. There has been a lot of talk about contact tracing and e-passports, but I think those tools are have been really under-utilized, despite the fact that we know that could help prevent and limit the spread of COVID, especially in public settings.
