I don't see why not. Chinese scientists said it, and we know that in the west there's a premium on their high IQ. So if they said it, I believe it. China will grow larger, I personally am learning mandarin as it's only a matter of time until China become the dominant force on the planet. We should just accept that the west's time is over.
