You're not gonna "teach" people to see their own biases; you're just gonna teach them how to hallucinate "biases" in other people, giving them an intellectual-souding excuse to avoid evaluating anything that makes them butthurt. I don't know, maybe in some borderline cases, you can instill the habit of self-reflection in a kid, but that's not something to be done in an impersonal classroom setting, and it's not something that can be directly instructed; the only reliable way to get someone to self-reflect is to ask them personal questions that require it, and the only way to instill it as a habit is to ask them such questions regularly.
