African Americans have an average of 20-25% non-African (mostly European) admixture and at least have 15 IQ point average above (compared to at least Rawanda) yet they are statistically more likely to have higher crime rate compared to a 100% Sub-Saharan African black stock of people. That defies every statistical analysis concerning racial and IQ research related to crime.

Rawanda isn't the only country nor black African people to have lower crime rate than African Americans. But Rawanda is the most stark in that they are more pureblood genetically with a more lower IQ. Yet the result is the opposite of what logic the anon above is stating. Rawanda's homicide rate isn't just low for a black African country its low in general even compared to places like South America and the Middle East. Both of which have less Sub-Saharan African admixture and higher IQ averages.
