Pier Luigi Ighina was an italian scientist affiliate of Guglielmo Marconi, the inventor of radio comunication. He discovered a way to manipulate clouds and prevent heartquakes.
Traditional science discredited all his discoveries, but there are many connections between Marconi, Tesla and ighina studies.
