I've seen multiple articles claim that 2-shot vaccinated individuals are equally as protected against omicron as unvaccinated individuals and yet, in the same article, they claim THREE shot individuals have "some" protection against omicron (How much this improves their immunity they never specify). How does getting a booster which is the same formula as the original vaccine better protection against a new variant? This makes no sense to me
