why is it wrong to improve the genetic quality of humans?
i understand that it has been used in unethical ways in the past, but i cannot understand opposition to things like germline modification. no one has to be born disabled.
i can choose to smash my balls with a hammer, and never have offspring, but i cannot choose to make my offspring better than they would be naturally?
