??? This is false and moreover has nothing to do with the Twin "Paradox."

The path of the rocket takes longer in proper time because it accelerates in order to turn back. The speed of light is exactly the same for both twins, and everyone else.

We've only recorded miniscule differences with clocks on fast moving probes.
It doesn't mean that the time is really moving slower when you're going faster.
There's no indication that living beings would be affected by it.
