IQ fails to impact your life if you take the alternative route

My IQ has been tested, and it was 104. This is nothing extraordinary. I spent many years at university studying medicine, but I knew for a fact that I would not be able to pass with the marks that I wanted through study and persistence. I cheated 100% on my medical degree and my general medical knowledge and expertise are equal to the average pedestrian. I now work as a cardiologist at a very chill private clinic where I collect a big fat salary by simply giving advice.

Sometimes, cheating just works. I guess if my IQ was 10 points lower, I may have been caught and there would have been severe ramifications.
