Can anyone help explain this to me since this is science.

I have adhd, not the hyperactive kind but the inverse of that, the day dreaming all day inattentive short term memory loss type.

I took tramadol 25mg and I was able to focus really well without distractions and at the same time feel slightly happy while studying, tramadol literally inhibits my daydreaming and finding things boring and helps me focus on my studies. Can anyone explain in detail the biochemistry of why this occurs?

adhd is either biological or psychological. nature or environment. tramadol is a strong painkiller and whatever anxiety youre experiencing without it, youre now able to function on it

The pathophysiology of mood disorders involves several genetic and social predisposing factors, as well as a dysregulated response to a chronic stressor, i.e. chronic pain. Tricyclic antidepressants show an analgesic effect in neuropathic and inflammatory pain that is blocked by the opioid antagonist naloxone. A compilation of the most significant studies will illustrate the actual and potential value of the opioid system for clinical research and drug development.

Tramadol is not just an opioid, it also has the following activity:

It also interacts with a bunch of other meds so it may be increasing the potency of another drug your taking

It's a synthetic medicine, so it doesn't fit cleanly into one "type" of medicine.

Tramadol is half opiate, but half SNRI.

The SNRI is probably what is causing you to have focus and clarity.

You should drop Tramadol, as it has other primary uses, which are wasted on you and possibly causing harmful side effects.

Focus on an SSRI to treat you infliction. Speak to a doctor.
