Given that space isn't empty at all but rather full of scattered gas particles what's the fastest speed a vehicle or object would travel without being vaporized due to friction?

We’ll that depends on the concentration of particles in the air, though I suppose you could just assume molar volume.
Things typically burn up in the atmosphere when falling from very high, so you could also look at what speed and altitude range that takes place
