My university (in Denmark) makes us do Islamaphobia "workshops" ever year at the beginning of the fall, and we learn about how white culture and identity is "inherently" racist, and they told us that allowing mass immigration into Europe is a way for Scandanavians to repay the debts of historical racism and colonialism.
When you start talking about how a particular culture, ethnic group, or identity is "inherently" or "innately" bad or violent or destructive or morally corrupt, that is literally the definition of dehumanization.
