How hard is it actually to get a Nobel Prize?

Let's say I wanted to win a (science) Nobel in my lifetime. What should I study to maximize my chances?

I honestly would prefer having real friends and a loving family with the woman I love with nobody (outside the few) knowing I could win big prizes anytime. Like some beloved author behind a nom de plume, or being a MiB agent, or a big white hat. You get the idea. Vastly better.
Also Nobel disease is real (look at Montagnier), you don't want that. It also means that you won't have anything more to give or contribute to. Personally, the opposite of my life philosophy.
That's my take anyway
