If you have a nervous system, probably. Shorter time for the impulses to travel through your body = you can react to stimuli faster = faster life rhythm.

No. Your sense of time depends on one or more of your senses and how your brain handles it. Someone like Messi or Michael Jordan experience time slower because of some sort of mutation in any one of their senses or mind. That’s one of the reasons they’re so good at their sports.

To the contrary, they probably perceive everything else as going much slower, since they process sensory inputs at a higher rate.
