Academically speaking how do you gain motivation to do shit?

All I've been doing is the absolute bare minimum to pass for the last 2 years and just dozing off in my room for 90% of the time.
What do I need to do to gain the drive and willpower to work hard every day? I lose focus or get tired immediately when I try to get my shit together.

I had one when I enrolled but now I believe it's just unrealistic and I'm not good enough to make it.

Just wait til you graduate. Work sucks, and my job is one of the better jobs I've had and the best pay I've had. I even have a loving partner. I feel very unhappy though, life changes in that you have more money, but working most of your week for someone else is still soul-sucking. You feel like your life is now revolved around making you comfortable to go back to work. I made a goal to learn programming to try be able to work from home or freelance or create passive income, but I am not making good progress by getting distracted or doing something pleasurable instead. On top of that, seeking pleasure or comfort from work makes me neglect chores which makes me feel even worse.

Waaah!! Waaaaaah!! If it's such a great goal, why don't you derive satisfaction from the pursuit of it? You wouldn't be flooded with neurotic and demoralizing thoughts if it was something you genuinely enjoyed.

I wanted to be a Lawyer like my parents, but this shit is taking too long and it was always a bit of a backup goal anyway. Unless my perspective on life changes drastically within the next few years, I'm going to stop here and just do something else.
