how can people honestly think we're going to live on the moon or mars or space in general in the next 50 years
do they not realize how important earths gravity is for humans? afaik we have 0 progress into artifical gravity

people are able to live in the ISS for months on end with regular exercise to deal with the ill-effects of zero G.
in other words you can tolerate low G for extended periods of time as long as you simulate normal G for some amount of time regularly.
this can be achieved by treadmills and harnesses that push you into the treadmill.
this can also be achieved by centrifuge.

Partial gravity on Mars might be enough. Until recently we thought having a heart beat was necessary but continuous flow artificial hearts proved that wrong. Maybe Mars gravity is something we can adapt to long term even if LEO free fall micro gravity isn't.
