False, there's no physical friction but the objects still drag on each other with gravity. It'll run longer but without energy input it will come to a stop eventually.

There's no (or vanishingly little) medium, but the objects in the machine still produce friction when making contact with one another (however it manages to hold together considering the lack of significant gravity)

It may be possible to make a perpetual motion machine, however as soon as you attempt to make it do something useful (ie extract energy or mechanical work out of it), you’ll end up removing energy/motion out of the system.
