I'm confused. For years it was said that saturated fat is bad for you, but it turns out it's actually good and your brain needs it or something. Meanwhile, refined carbs are supposedly bad for you.
If this is the case, why are Japanese people so healthy when they do the complete opposite? They eat lots of rice and a low amount of fat.
