My understanding is that actuaries have a fairly serious approach to ethics; I mean, you'd kinda have to considering that you're making statements that are going to be considered legal expressions of your profession.
I think considering the legal aspects alone that bound actuaries within mathematics as a whole would clear up a lot of debates on this board.
Outside actuarial science, mathematicians are criminal terrorists. I submit Calvin & Hobbes cartoons as my scientific research into this phenomena.
