How the fuck do I solve this?
There’s only a Y variable but the integration requires both X and Y to be fully solved?

Good of you to answer OP with actual proof (also thanks for verifying my mental math) but OP needs to pay more attention in class and/or not be retarded. This is about the most 2D basic integration calculus I can imagine.

It's there but when you take the difference between each bound it cancels out, i.e.
$\int _0^2xdx\:=\left[\frac{x^2}{2}\right]^2_0=\frac{2^2}{2}+C-\left[0+C\right]=2$
I don't mean this as some amazing revelation, but on the off chance you aren't trolling I'd like to be helpful.

I'm pretty sure this is not quite correct. You're finding the difference of an indefinite integral evaluated at two points, giving you a +C and a -C which reduces to 0.
