By simply studying the theoretical side of math, physics, science, etc. But even then, it kinda depends on the university you attend, the classes that you take, and the books you read. Does your school not have any theoretical CS courses you can take?

Theres a million, just get the reading list from any university, at the low level it doesnt matter but i guess try with Russian (goy) authors

I'm no expert but the general idea is the conservation of energy. Matter prefers to be in its lowest default/rest energy state. Maybe a thermodynamics book.

Ah, well don't despair, the good thing is that YouTube, Wikipedia, Libgen, etc. can give you almost everything one can learn at university (academics-wise); you just have to be self-motivated and willing to get into the weeds a little bit.
