It's emitting at those low frequencies too. There's an abrupt stop at light of frequencies that require temperatures greater than 100 megakelvins.

Wein's displacement law (obtained from the work of Planck and basically a good first step into QM)
See how when the temperature gets higher, only then does the peak of the distribution lie in the visible range (~350-750 nm)? Also, the intensity increases in accordance with the classical T^4 law

also, to answer the OP more completely. you don't see it because 10-100 megakelvins is not in the visible range

actually I correct myself: it does have good distribution in the visible, I assume it's just too far away to see that well. idk astronomy I know thermodynamics.
