Those exist in other countries and are not much more effective, although they have a better safety profile. There's a reason we never had an effective vaccine for respiratory viruses, they mutate too quickly. Also injecting it into the arm doesn't produce antibodies in the nose/throat/lungs, which is obviously the first point of infection.

old people are freshly vaccinated with mrna and somewhat protected. healthy people get infected and build up a much more robust immune response to covid.

i had covid in spring 2021 and still have antibody's in my blood. this is why i did not get the vaccine yet. but it looks like this dumb fuck country will make a vaccine mandate in spring 2022

This is the kind of thing I am somewhat concerned about - the dosage. If we just assume for a moment that initially the vaccines were well tested, would we not presume that they were tested for a particular dosage? You know, 2 aspirins is fine but 20 will kill you.
We can't possibly say that ever increasing dosages have been well tested, yet if it's the same vaccine and we're just shooting more into arms, how might that change the risk profile of the vaccine?
Why is this not cause for some concern?
