you're the sex you were born with, if you need ANY surgery or drug to make you similar to some sex, you are not that sex you want to be
men have a penis, women have a vagina, simple as, no surgery required, no drugs from big pharma, you either have it or you dont. Even genetic freaks usually have at least a part of their penis or vagina, and other biomarkers of their sex (hair, bone structure, hormones, etc), all this for free, no surgery or drugs needed, and if theyre genetic freaks they cant reproduce, thus humanity keeps itself pure with only men and women going forward
Until the day comes when eugenics is normalized or when big pharma stops existing, time will have to deal with trannies, as they inevitably kill themselves or their age makes apparent to all (including them) what abominations they are.
