Then you must clearly define what "superhuman" is. If a person can do X thing better than you, just because it doesn't seem physically feasible for you, would you define them as superhuman?
This must be where it all went wrong anon. Moronic societal expectations has always placed innate talent over the more noble notion of practice. This effectively has discouraged millions of people who could've worked their way to become the next breakthrough scientist.
Do you really think geniuses and renowned thinkers spend an hour a day then fuck off to spend the rest of the day on leisure, to achieve their accomplishments? While no doubt that said geniuses have the brains to learn concepts much faster than others, I'd chop my leg off to say that they spend more hours studying than an average university student.
One very important thing to note is that not all practice and study is equal, hence the varying level of comprehension and skill among students. An apparent example would be a student who engages in rote memorization of the facts of a subject versus a student who plays and really, really questions the core concept of the subject. There will obviously be a huge gap in understanding between the students. My recommendation for you is to learn how to learn, because if you were to spend time learning and practicing the wrong way, your hours would be a waste.
