But the point is that you're hired to do some work and you really just want the work done and you want the people who do the work to be professional and go away when it's done.
People who hire plumbers are just people. It takes a certain attitude, and who is going to TRANSMIT that attitude to you? When is it going to happen? You're just going to look at the tools and the pipes and light some incense and move your hands over it all and chant some prayers?
