Midwits are either Gammas or Betas/Bravo

Gammas are bitter about Alphas and secretly believe that they deserve their place in society. They believe they are significantly more intelligent than they actually are, believing themselves to be top-geniuses that suffer from being misunderstood.
This is a delusion of the highest order.

Betas/Bravos on the other hand have embraced being a midwit, they realise that they do not possess the inate intelligence or drive of the Alphas and thus serve the Alphas as their Lieutenants, their right-hand man to sort of speak.

In other words, if you are a midwit, you are incapable of being an Alpha, and thus you should become a Beta/bravo male. It is the best option for you and it is unironically the best position in the socio-sexual hierarchy as you reap the rewards of being close to the Alpha, whilst having to deal with minimal stress.

A classic beta/bravo in television would be Silvio Dante from the Sopranos.
