What's a good solution for the warmth problem? I've been above 19,000 ft. and other than layering, there wasn't a great way of producing and maintaining warmth. Batteries don't work well in the cold and the low oxygen levels mean chemical warmers are ineffective. Without going to elaborate (and expensive) lengths, it seems there isn't a good way to produce personal heat.
