Why are white people so proud of being selectively bred to be docile?

Over thousands of years stable government reliably enforcing laws and social norms will produce a subspecies of human more suited to thriving in that environment.

Less aggression, less testosterone, greater compliance with authority. Traits that make the individual weaker make the aggregate stronger.

Is being weakened to be more easily governed and put to work by a central authority something to be proud of?
