my diagnosis, its a bruise, idk maybe it something else but clearly you dont want to find out because your description is so shit. does it hurt to touch? if not what about pressure? is the skin raised or the same? hows your lymph nodes? any other feeling or sensations on your finger/hands/elsewhere?

It looks like a minor blood blister/pinch that happened and was so small you didn't notice. That or a rash that came from touching some kind of plant. Fingers have tons of vessels in them, the slightest irritation can make funny things happen. Poke it with a needle and drain the blood out...if it really bothers you anyway, should be fine. Hands don't usually get cancer because there's boatloads of vessels and the motion of your fingers keeps everything going and flowing right. However due to the same reason, they're also a very good conduit for transmitting other toxins to other parts of your body so don't go touching mercury and other shit with an ungloved hand.
