There was once upon a time in the West an age when science was about truth, reality and fact. Now, it's about lies, delusion and falsehood. We deny basic biology such as sex and race because it doesn't align with the zeitgeist of our times. Just look at pic related. Such a complex surgery just to uphold someone's delusions.
