OK /sci/ I need a list of every reported side effect from the vaccines, every one who has died from a vaccine and the list of ingredients in the vaccine.

I'm going to fraud my medical record and claim adverse reactions to all ingredients, allergies, genetic conditions and claim I had multiple heart attacks the last two times I was injected with vaccines.

I'm also going to claim psychological fear of needles and fear of poisoning.

I will also claim that my father died 60seconds after being injected with the vaccine and his brother also did and the deaths were suspected to be caused by a rare genetic mutation they are investigating that I have likely inherited.

With the list I am going to create a medical history showing reactions to each almost killing me each time and an incident where I was injected but my fear of being poisoned led to violence against the nurse as a child.

With this on my medical record there is surely no way I could be denied a medical exemption.

The UK gov is preparing to forcibly inject every citizen inland unless medically exempt. My employer has already given me a deadline with no exceptions.

I don't think a single English man will resist when they knock on his door.
