Am I right in thinking 61.8 mg of zinc sulphate monohydrate contains 22.51 mg of zinc? I haven't taken a pure chemistry course since high school 10 years ago so I need someone to check

Yes, the amount of zinc is right. However throw that shit right into the garbage bin, your body needs 5-methylfolate. Folic acid will just block the receptor and do nothing.

Is the folic acid methyl folate thing serious? I mean I doubt folic acid is actively harmful, even if it doesn't get absorbed, I get enough if it through good food that unless it actively blocks the absorption it's fine
