Because FTL will never be discovered we will just make colonies in hollowed asteroids and travel across the galaxy at 1% of the speed of light so in 10 million years the galaxy will still be settled with millions of human worlds linked by radio. Dont get so upset your spacefaring fantasy will still happen.
