lol, no one created anything accidentally. someone ran the numbers and found a warp bubble in the calculations. we already know how to make one, we also know we need absurdly exotic matter in even more absurd quantities, and then you still just kill yourself and probably fuck up the solar system wherever you try to use it because of the gravity distortions.
