Lastly, the obviously true balloon statement is held up by the fact that if I'm holding a balloon and wind begins blowing at 10mph, and it begins flowing in front of me, if I start to run at 10mph in that direction, the balloon will absolutely 100% now be travelling 20mph, still flowing in front of me at the 10mph relative to my speed.
