>>13929225Looks like you got a granuloma in your lungs. They are often harmless, and you might have had it before the vaccine. Otherwise you present similar to this person with a cold. Your chest pain could also be from side effects of the immune response and inflammation against the vaccine. Is your heart rate normal? If your heart rate is abnormal it might be myocarditis or pericarditis. You should probably take an advil/ibuprofen regardless.
