The "Category Theory for ___" title is a meme. It's used to shill for cat theory, which is a silly theory about laying out illustrative diagrams on pages without accompanying formulas in the main text and confusing conditions with sets.
Cat theory is quite simply garbage. As far as I know, it hasn't been translated outside English, which should tell you a LOT.

1. Mathematicians don't care about cat theory. That's why Mac Lane used a "hard sell" title in his book, which was unprecedented in math.
2. I think Mac Lane was just a poor American who wanted to sell books. There is no reason to advertise your area of study unless you have a pecuniary interest. Selling hardcover books that the publisher won't release in softcover is a pecuniary interest.
3. The anti-logical memes in cat theory are real. It isn't a joke. There is absolutely an anti-text sentiment in every piece of cat theory material I've come across. It's pathological.
4. Cat theory isn't math. It's a weird design style that combines some illogical and contradictory ideas while ignoring the good tools set theory has for studying phenomena.
