Schools up to High Schools are not particulary to make smart students even smarter but to teach stupid ones by smarter mates and teachers. We need it for proper functional society

Everything below High school largely functions as day care so mothers can work poorly paid low-quality professions like cashiers or secretaries. Whatever is being taught up to the ninth grad could be easily taught to a reasonably smart 18-year-old in one year. And up to half of all students haven't grasped basic things like division or correct spelling when they leave school. It's absolutely not uncommon for High school graduates to read on the level of a 6th or 7th-grader.
