Okay guys, I'm a healthy 18 year old guy who weighs an around or even slightly less than average. I don't take any prescribed medication except for 20mg of Prozac every day for anxiety reasons.

For the past three to four months, I've been taking 2-4 500mg of Tylenol PM every night in order to fall asleep because I have horrible restless leg and can't fall asleep without it. I know acetaminophen can be horrible for your liver, am I overthinking or have I already caused irreversible damage to my liver?
