I feel like doing this. Went for a second opinion today, he just told me to take less of the stabilizer that makes me sleepy. But maybe I won't be able to sleep.
To be honest I feel like I felt before taking any of this shit. I want to stop taking them slowly whilst exercising and having a good diet. But I should probably wait to see how I do react to the pills adjustments
