Improving Lithium Battery Durability by Solving Graphite Anode Distortion Problem Posed by Argonne National Laboratory

In light of the above article, I have concluded that by deliberately adding specific types of imperfections to the graphite lattice (six raised tents pulled inward toward the center of each vesicle-like structure) that do not inhibit function, combined with flow channels that direct electrons past those "peaks" in graphite, allowing peaks to bear the brunt of the shearing forces similarly to an A-frame ladder, we can increase resistance to distortion during fast-charging. The structure should appear, on the microscopic level, similar to a Torx screw head, a round overall shape wherein the walls of that tube are pulled inward towars the center point from six directions. Each vesicle would be on the receiving end of six distinct flow channels that would direct electron flow directly over the ridges.
