Yeah I have one in my lab. Both ATR and transmission microscope. Pretty neat, OMNIC macros can be a bitch though.

Used to do a lot of transmission, same shit different day. Would age parts in a manner that created a 2D oxidation gradient. OMNIC macros can automate sampling, moving the microscope, analysis etc. Very useful if you have mouth breathers running the equipment.
