Can camomile be used to treat anxiety?
I've always drunk it but recently I started doing it more and drinking less tea and coffee.

Probably, Its an exceptionally mild sedative.
It also does a bangup job helping to regulate hormones

Personally I only find it to be a mild sedative, which is *not* the same thing as an anxiolytic. I also do not find that it helps with sleep at all.

Yes, I made extremely strong tea and absorbed it sublingually for max effect. All it does is make me tired without making me sleepy or relaxing me mentally.
