When rounding numbers, we round 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4 down, while rounding 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9 up.

How is it fair? 0.5 shouldn't be always rounded up, instead it should be up to the person whether to round it up or down.
